Diesel Delivery 

Rix Petroleum has a number of commercial diesel depots throughout the UK mainland allowing us to deliver commercial diesel fuel anywhere in the country using either our own fleet of fuel tankers. Or, where we do not have a physical fuel storage facility, via an approved 3rd party supplier.

Why is Diesel Also Called White Diesel?

White diesel and diesel fuel are one and the same. The term is used to identify taxable diesel, as opposed to other coloured types of diesel which are untaxed or very low taxed.

What is Meant by the Term Derv?  

DERV meaning ‘Diesel Engined Road Vehicle’, is a term sometimes used to refer to commercial diesel fuel and therefore white diesel. For example, when suppliers refer to derv prices, they are referring to diesel prices, all of these descriptions relate to the same type of fuel.
