We are thrilled to announce that independent customer review platform Feefo has awarded us with the Gold Service Award for the third year running.
The award recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences and is rated by our customers. To qualify for this award, we had to collect a minimum number of reviews and achieve a service rating between 4.5 and 5.0 (our average was 4.8 stars out of 5) between 1st January and 31st December 2016.
Each Rix Petroleum customer that orders Heating Oil, K+ premium heating oil or Aga cooker fuel from our website is sent an email asking them to rate our service our of 5 and leave feedback about our service. The feedback we receive, whether it’s good or bad, is displayed on our website for you all to see.
