1. Promoter
        The promoter of this prize draw is Rix Petroleum Ltd.

2. Eligibility
        - Open to domestic customers of Rix Petroleum Ltd residing in the UK.
‍
        - Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
‍
        - The competition is only available at selected Rix Petroleum depots. Rix East Anglia is not included in the draw.
‍
        - Employees of Rix Petroleum Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.

3. Promotion Period
        - The promotion runs from 00:00 on 1st October 2025 until 23:59 on 30th November 2025.

        - Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
        - Customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw when they place an order for Kerosene, K+ or Aga+ heating oil during the promotion period.

        - Orders can be placed online or by phone.

        - Only one entry per order; multiple orders will count as multiple entries.

5. The Prize
        - One winner will receive up to 3,000 litres of domestic heating oil, supplied over a maximum of 4 deliveries.

        - The prize must be redeemed in full by 31st December 2026. Any unused entitlement after this date will be forfeited.

        - Deliveries must be within Rix Petroleum’s standard delivery areas and subject to usual delivery terms.

        - The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
        - The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the promotion period ends.

        - The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.

        - The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Rix Petroleum reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. General
        - Rix Petroleum reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.

        - The competition only available at selected Rix Petroleum depots. Rix East Anglia is not included in the draw.

        - By entering, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.o The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity (such as their name and town being published).
