Roasted Pumpkins Seeds

Pumpkins - we recommend you carve them up for Halloween rather than eat them! But the seeds needn’t go to waste with our roasted pumpkin seed recipe.

Recipe serves 4-6 as a snack.




  • 1 medium sized Pumpkin
  • Rock salt (or other seasonings like garlic powder).
  • Olive Oil


Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees F.

It's OK to leave some strings and pulp on your seeds as this adds flavor, but clean off any major chunks.

Mix the pumpkin seeds in a bowl with the Olive oil and salt (or seasonings of your choice).

Spread pumpkin seeds thinly onto a baking sheet.

Bake for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown
