Our Heating Oil Payment Plan helps you spread the cost of your heating oil throughout the year with a monthly Direct Debit.

You choose an amount that suits you, and your monthly payments build up on your account towards future heating oil orders. You'll also have access to a credit facility of up to four times your monthly Direct Debit, giving you greater flexibility when it's time to order.

How Does Our Heating Oil Payment Plan Work?

Our Payment Plan gives you a simple way to manage your heating oil costs with regular monthly payments.

  • Choose Your Monthly Payment

    Choose a monthly Direct Debit amount that suits you, starting from £50 per month. If you'd like to change your monthly payment amount in the future, simply get in touch with us.

  • Build Your Balance and Access Credit

    Your monthly payments build up on your account towards future heating oil orders. You’ll also have access to a credit facility of up to four times your monthly Direct Debit.

  • Place Your Heating Oil Order

    When you need a delivery, your account balance is put towards your order. Your first order requires a 50% upfront payment while your balance is still building.

  • Keep Paying Monthly

    Your Direct Debit continues each month, building your account balance towards future heating oil orders and helping you spread your heating oil costs throughout the year.

Understanding Your Credit Facility

Your credit facility is up to four times your chosen monthly Direct Debit amount. The amount of credit available therefore depends on the monthly payment you choose.

Your credit facility is the maximum amount of credit available on your account. As your monthly payments build up, you'll have your account balance as well as your available credit facility to put towards your heating oil orders.

  • Do I have to commit to a specific monthly amount?

    You choose the monthly Direct Debit amount that works for you, starting from £50 per month. If your needs change, you can contact us to adjust your monthly payment.

  • Can I change my monthly Direct Debit amount?

    Yes. Contact us if you'd like to adjust your monthly amount.

    Your credit facility is linked to your monthly Direct Debit, so changing your monthly payment may also change the amount of credit available on your account.

  • Why do I need to pay 50% upfront on my first order?

    When you first join, your account balance hasn't yet had time to build up. A 50% upfront payment is therefore required on your first heating oil order.

    Your monthly Direct Debit payments will then continue to build your account balance towards future orders.

  • What is Spin to Win?

    Spin to Win is a monthly reward available through My Account for Payment Plan customers, giving you the chance to win a prize each month.

  • Can I cancel my Payment Plan?

    Yes. If you choose to cancel your Payment Plan, you'll need to settle any outstanding balance on your account.

Terms and conditions

Heating oil Payment Plan

  • If your first order is placed before your first Direct Debit payment, we will require 50% of your order value to be paid at the time of ordering.
  • Your order value cannot exceed four times your agreed monthly payment e.g. £100 a month = £400 order limit. Should you exceed your order limit, we will contact you to either increase your monthly payment, make a lump sum against your account or reduce your volume (minimum orders 500 litres), or a mixture of these options.
  • If the Direct Debit is cancelled at any time, then any outstanding balances will be due for payment in full immediately. All Direct Debits are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
