What is a syndicate initiative?

A Rix syndicate is an initiative designed to save local communities money on heating oil, reduce carbon emissions from frequent deliveries, and give back to local causes. When enough bulk orders are made in your area, we’ll apply price reductions and discounts based on how many orders we received. From there, we’ll then dedicate a day for delivery.‍

Who can participate in a syndicate initiative?

Our syndicate programme is only available for those residing in the East Anglia area. If you're local area has a syndicate set up with Rix, all you need to do is sign up using the form on this page, and we'll get you started. If there isn’t one already set up in your area, don’t worry! we'll hold your data and once there is enough interest, we'll get a syndicate set up. ‍

What does being part of a syndicate mean?

It's not all about mass fuel savings, at Rix, we are committed to making a positive impact on the communities we serve, and the charitable causes within them. As a part of our syndicate initiative, if we receive a certain number of orders from your area, we pledge to donate a portion of the proceeds to a cause of your choosing. So, by ordering from us, you not only save on your heating oil, but also contribute to the betterment of your community.

What if I'm not in East Anglia, can I still be in a syndicate?

Currently, our syndicate programme is only applicable in the East Anglia area. If you are located outside of Norwich, Ipswitch, Peterborough or other surrounding towns, cities and villages within the East Anglia area, fill out the form on this page. Your details will be stored and considered for other areas around the Uk.
