Rix Petroleum has an established heritage that has spanned over 140 years. During this time we have positioned ourselves throughout the country where we have gained a reputation of being a friendly, caring and reliable fuel provider. Nowhere more so than in Scotland, where we have been supplying our customers for over 30 years.
We have depots in Aberdeen, Montrose and Grangemouth delivering high quality fuels and lubricants to the East of Scotland from Peterhead to Dunbar. At each depot we employ Oil boiler engineers that are available for regular servicing and breakdowns.
From our Scotland depots we operate a fleet of modern tankers which are maintained to the highest standards and equipped with winter tyres when necessary to provide maximum delivery reliability at all times of the year.
It is important to us that our staff are fully trained and equipped to deal with our customers and there orders. Our customer service staff are all fully trained and based locally so you can rest assured there will be no long distance calls!
As well as this our directors, managers and supervisors generally have full truck licenses and appropriate associated qualifications. Which benefits our customers in a number of ways. Firstly by providing additional resources when needed, it lets you feel safe in the knowledge that we really understand our business at all levels and most importantly lets us deliver the most reliable service in your area.
